NSPCC Number Day Friday 4th Feb 22 - Dress Up for Digits
It’s Maths, but not as you know it.
Number Day is a great way to make maths fun and bring about a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude towards it.
- As part of NSPCC Number Day we will be taking part in Dress up for Digits. Children are asked to wear clothing with numbers on it this could be a football shirt, a cap, they could design their own t-shirt covered in numbers or even wear a onesie. They could get even more creative by dressing in a maths or numbers theme for example by coming as dice, numicon, a ruler or the queen of hearts from a packing of playing cards.
- During the day the children will be taking part in a range of fun maths challenges and we hope to complete outdoor activities across the two schools.
- To help raise money for the NSPCC, we are asking for a suggested donation of £2, and we’d love everyone in the school to take part in this special event.
